You can send me the stems in your preferred method. I have very high speed internet and will usually upload masters back to you through Google Drive but am happy to go with a different method to suit your needs.

12 months from the date of purchase (though I am usually happy to be a little flexible with appropriate notice).

Mix & Master Promo — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this promotional Mix & Master service (“Service”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotional Offer This promotional offer provides one (1) full professional mix and master service for the advertised promotional price. The standard retail value of this service is £450 GBP. This offer is limited to one purchase per person.

2. Redemption Period The purchased Service must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date. Failure to submit project files and begin the project within this redemption period will result in the Service expiring automatically without refund or credit.

3. Delivery Requirements The Client is responsible for providing: all required audio files/stems correct file exports reference materials (if applicable) accurate project information Files must be submitted in a usable and accessible format. Delays caused by incomplete, corrupted, missing, or improperly exported files may affect turnaround times.

4. Revisions Each project includes a maximum of two (2) revisions. Additional revisions, edits, or project changes beyond the included revision limit may incur additional charges at the discretion of the Engineer. Revisions apply only to the originally submitted project and do not include: new recordings alternate song versions arrangement changes replacing stems after work has started

5. Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Turnaround may vary depending on: project complexity workload response times from the Client revision requests

6. Refund Policy All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if: the Service cannot be fulfilled by the Engineer; or a material error or failure occurs directly on the Engineer’s side and cannot reasonably be resolved. Change of mind, failure to redeem within the redemption period, delays caused by the Client, or dissatisfaction based on creative preference alone do not qualify for a refund.

7. One Purchase Per Person This promotional offer is limited to one (1) purchase per individual, artist, band, company, or associated entity. Any duplicate or repeat purchases may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the Engineer.

8. Client Responsibility & Ownership The Client confirms that they: own or control all rights necessary for the submitted material; have permission to use all recordings, samples, and content provided; and will not submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorised material. The Client retains ownership of their original music and recordings. The Engineer retains the right to refuse projects containing unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing material.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Engineer shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, streams, or business opportunities; third-party claims relating to submitted material; or technical issues outside reasonable control. The total liability relating to this Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the promotional purchase.

10. Promotional Availability This promotional offer may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice prior to purchase. Purchased sessions remain valid for the stated redemption period unless cancelled by the Engineer.

11. Communication The Client agrees to provide a valid email address and maintain reasonable communication throughout the project process. Failure to respond for extended periods may delay delivery timelines.

12. Acceptance of Terms By completing purchase, the Client confirms that they: have read and understood these Terms & Conditions; agree to be bound by them; and are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

13.Mixing and mastering are subjective creative services. The Client acknowledges that final artistic balance, tone, loudness, and creative decisions may involve professional judgement and subjective interpretation.
